Hotel construction started on July 2003 and it started service on April 2004. It has 750 beds capacity, one closed pool and 2 leveled pools connected to each other with falls. The upper pool is 250 m² whereas the lower pool is 1.300 m². The hotel also has a wave pool.

Closed construction area is 25.000 m² and overall construction area is 55.000 m². Rough construction works, Ytong wall and finishing, wooden roof, Braas tile works are is completed in joint venture with Demirkurt construction company.
