Concrete structure and roof works of the presidency palace constructed on this land is completed in joint venture with Demirkurt construction company. The presidency palace is two-floored building with a base area of 1.500 m²... The building is 1.000 m², including 2 pieces of closed camellia, separate rooms for men and women, closed pool, Turkish bath, massage saloon, home theatre, meeting halls, 5 bedrooms, billiards and game halls, elliptic dining hall and outbuilding. The palace is still serving president of Azerbaijan with its open pool, special garden over 18.400 m², closed car lots and 2 outdoor camellias.
